Spear fishing is a sport not without risks. Randy Llanes, a 47 year old man, is dead after attempting to spear a large swordfish. Llanes was the captain of a deep sea charter fishing company in Hawaii. After spotting the Broadbill Swordfish, Llanes jumped in the water of Honokohau Harbor on the Big Island with his spear gun. In this tragic case, the hunter inadvertently became the hunted.
