This is one of three different Red Hogfish species currently being found and brought up alive by the new submersible called the “Curasub” This little sweetheart is around four inches in length and was found between 400-600 feet. Decodon is a genus of wrasses found from the western Atlantic Ocean through the Indian Ocean to the eastern Pacific Ocean. The wrasses are a particularly diverse and abundant family of reef fishes, with numerous species that occupy essentially all reef, rock, and grassbed habitats in the Caribbean.
